Newburyport Mass has just recently had train service restored. The trip up is interesting as it takes you through wetlands where no roads pass. One would think all that MBTA locamotives are F40's but behold. Across the road and Jersey Barriers was a GP40 all fitted out for passenger service. How nice. Too bad I couldn't get closer. Note all service from North Station has the engine facing North Bound. The control car is used for return service.
